The pose is achieved by keeping the feet together and slowly raising the hands above the head while inhaling. The knees are slowly bent backwards while inhaling. This posture is maintained for about 60 seconds.
- Yoga Cobbler Pose: This pose is also known as Baddha Konasana. It tones the lower part of the body. It stretches the inner thighs, knees and abdominal organs. It is achieved by joining both soles together in a sitting position for up to a minute.
- Yoga Locust Pose: This pose is also known as Salabhasana. It is achieved by lying down on the stomach with the palms flat on the floor. The legs are then raised without bending the knees. The arms are also raised to the level of the legs. Thus making sure a person lies on his belly. The pose reduces fat near the hips and stretches the leg muscles.
